Othman is a Partner at Djemat & Odang Law Firm and formerly a Senior Associate at PwC Legal Indonesia. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University and has over 8 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring projects. His work spans legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and contract drafting, particularly for clients in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Andhika is a Partner at Djemat & odang Law Firm. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, he has experience spanning corporate law, litigation, legal compliance, and entrepreneurship. Through Deka Legal, he has advised over 2,500 businesses on entity establishment, licensing, regulatory compliance, and commercial strategy. His practice focuses on delivering business-centric legal solutions with a strong understanding of operational and commercial needs, while also representing clients in complex litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Olga obtained her Bachelor of Law and Master of Notarial Law degrees from Airlangga University. She has more than three years of experience in litigation practice, with exposure to various civil and commercial disputes, legal drafting, and case strategy. In addition to litigation, Olga is experienced in legal research, due diligence, contract review, and regulatory compliance. Her background in notarial law also strengthens her expertise in land and corporate documentation matters.

Yemima obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and focuses on litigation and dispute resolution matters. She has experience handling various court and arbitration proceedings, including cases before Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), bankruptcy and PKPU matters, fraud and embezzlement cases, as well as employment and administrative disputes. Her work includes legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing legal strategies, and assisting in court and arbitration proceedings.

Azarya is an Associate at Djemat & Odang Law Firm. With a strong foundation in business and economic law - holding both a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Sumatera Utara and a Master of Law in Economic Law from Universitas Indonesia he brings a rigorous academic perspective to practical legal matters. His areas of focus encompass corporate and commercial law, capital markets, business agreements, and emerging regulatory frameworks, including digital finance and crypto-asset regulation.

Agassi Zaki obtained his Bachelor's degree from BINUS International and completed his Master's degree at Macquarie University. He currently serves as a finance consultant with expertise in business permit law and corporate management. His work includes assisting clients in securing regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance with Indonesian business laws. He has also advised on corporate structuring, governance, and strategic management issues.

Abraham Caleb Dompas is Of Counsel at Djemat & Odang Law Firm with over five years of legal experience. A member of the Indonesian Bar Association, he holds both a Bachelor and Master of Laws from Pelita Harapan University. Caleb brings a powerful mix of private practice and deep in-house corporate experience from APRIL Group, one of Asia’s largest pulp and paper conglomerates. He specializes in bankruptcy/PKPU, international trade, and sustainability compliance. His distinct background allows him to deliver business-oriented counsel for clients in highly regulated sectors, bridging cross-border trade issues, regulatory risks, and strategic government relations.

Rafa is an international environmental law specialist and ESG governance expert recognized globally, including by Forbes 30 Under 30. As the founder of EwasteRJ, he has successfully bridged legal frameworks with sustainable operational strategies across Southeast Asia. Serving as Of Counsel, Rafa provides strategic advisory on regulatory compliance, circular economy initiatives, and sustainability-driven corporate strategy.

Arya is Of Counsel at Djemat & Odang Law Firm and Head of Branch at Deka Legal Yogyakarta, specializing in corporate law, company establishment, and business licensing. An alumnus of Universitas Gadjah Mada with international exposure from the University of Groningen, Arya has built a strong professional background at elite firms, including Dentons HPRP and Hogan Lovells DNFP. He advises a diverse clientele-from startups and fintechs to state-owned enterprises-on streamlining operations.
